NEW ORLEANS – July 16, 2024 – The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) awarded
One10 as the Inspirational Place to Work in 2023 during the 2024 IMA Summit Awards program this week at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
The Inspirational Place to Work Award is meant to spotlight organizations that put people first, offer an engaging and inspiring place to work, value the role of employees, and embrace an open and inclusive culture supported by a future-thinking leadership team. Efforts related to corporate responsibility, sustainability, and the impact their businesses have on the environment are also considered.
One10, a two-time recipient of the USA Today Top Workplaces Award, works to be a people-first organization that creates a sense of belonging. The organization fosters continuous recognition with all employees able to publicly acknowledge others for a job well done via a reward and recognition platform. One10 champions giving back to the community. A Common Good Day is available to every team member, resulting in over 3,000 hours donated annually. Employee contributions to causes such as disaster relief are matched, and on One10 Day (January 10), a donation is made to a charity on behalf of its clients and employees.
